Brake problem

I don't know about cars unless I start driving. Hey' I'm not saying I knew everything now I am still learning even the parts of the car. My hubby thought me which and what parts of this and that but there are so many to remember. Last month, my hubby took his car to get fix because he had problem in starting. After the auto repair shop diagnosed the problem and fixed he took my car over there too. They diagnosed that my car had brake problem. That's why I have to slumped the brake hard and earlier before something happen. I'm not so sure if it's connected to the brake rotors. All I know what my hubby made them fix and I went to picked the next day. Now, it working really good and I'm glad we did it before I will take my son somewhere.
