Dental mouth guard

I'm not talking about a mouth guard like the one used by the boxers. When I was young, I always heard my mom, sister and brothers complained about teeth grinding at night. They were annoyed and very irritated especially they were awaken in the middle of the night because of the noise I made. I wanted to quit doing it but I had no idea I was making that noise every night.

It was a week ago when I received a sample product of dentek oral care. I got the dental mouth guard and it amused me how it helps controlled my teeth grinding. On the day I receive the sample mouth guard I was curious how it works since it was hard. They inserted the simple instruction and I fitted to my mouth. How your teeth grinding when there's in between of them? This is very effective and very easy to use. It helps you and your partner sleep all night long without hearing somebody grinding teeth.

Dark circle

I have tough night sometimes. I stayed awake all night long. I closed my eyes but I could not get any sleep. When that night happen, my hubby is worry about me. I become easily to get irritated the next day. Of course, I will be very tired since I'm working and go to school too. When I look on the mirror I saw the dark circles around my eyes. I feel horrible and very ugly.

Freezing cold!

Well, this week it started the freezing cold weather especially in the morning. Sometimes, I don't want to get up but I always think I need to work to make some money. My hubby woke up and leave early too so that work good on both of our schedule. Because I parked my car outside every morning my car was coated with ice. Sometimes I had a hard time opening the door because of the frozen ice holding on it.

My husband volunteered every morning to start my car for me. He also, wash off the ice on my windshield. It was yesterday, when I pulled over in our driveway and I had nothing to see. I stopped in the side of the road and call my husband to help me to defrost the ice outside the windshield. I was chilling...it takes time to warm inside my car and that's one reason why the ice won't breakdown too. I'm so glad I made it to work on time. I'm thankful for my husband who always there supporting and helping me all the time.
