I started my diet again this week. On the 4th of July I gained back the 3 pounds that I lost last week. I told my hubby to help me remember not to eat junk food anymore. I've been doing my exercises as well. I weigh a couple of times a day to monitor my weight- don't laugh at me, lol. I guess, I need to start taking diet supplements to help me to lose weight easier. Hope this week I see the results of my efforts.
