Guess what??? I gained some weight when we got back from our vacation. Starting this week I begin exercising and observing what I eat. A few minutes ago, I remembered that we have leftover soda in the refrigerator and I told my hubby to empty the bottle in the sink and throw it in the trash can. I don't like to gain weight. I'm seriously considering to take some ephedrine tablets for me lose weight so quickly.
